Facing the east, the thatched
house is located on the ground near the private
site of Gunsuri. It has an inner wing, a storage
wing and recently built new storage wing. The
inner wing seems to be built in the late 18th
century through its architectural style, while
the storage wing was built in 1938 on the record.
The inner wing with four room wide and two room
deep is placed with a garden in front. It has
large and small rooms and a kitchen. Behind the
left of the inner wing, there is a storage wing
with a room, a shed, an ash shed and a barn. In
the kitchen, there is a place for worshiping a
kitchen god. On the front ground and back garden,
a lot of stoneworks that seemed to excavate from
the temple site of Gunsuri are scattered around.
Although it lost its original look, this commoner's
house has highly elegant look for a thatch house.
